How can I contact you?

What are the check-in and departure times?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

What do I need to bring on my holiday?

Bath towels, food and drink. Everything else is supplied.

Can I bring my pet?

We allow pets in our St. David. Bringing a pet inccurs an extra charge for cleaning.

How do I book more than one unit of accommodation?

Check availability and let us know your requested dates and caravans.

Can I hire a cot and or highchair?

Cots and highchairs are supplied in all our caravans at no extra charge.

What if I am arriving late to my park?

Not a problem. Access is 24 hours.

Access/Departure to and from the caravan

We will have the caravan ready for you from 3pm on the day of your arrival. You will receive an email on the day of arrival with details of what to do when you arrive. On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the caravan by 10am, Making sure that the caravan is locked up securely and tidy.

How many people can stay in the caravan?

Our caravans hold either 6 or 8 people maximum. Please do not exceed the maximum capacity as this will void your stay and you will be asked to depart. No money will be refunded

Do you charge a security bond?

In all instances we will require a Security Deposit of £75. This will need to be paid along with the balance of your holiday. Provided that all checks regarding the condition of the caravan are satisfied after your departure, the bond will be returned in full. Please allow up to 7 days for refund.

What happens if I don't pay the balance by the due date?

6 weeks before the balance is due you will receive a 6 week reminder via email. If you don't make this payment then you will forfeit your holiday and any payments made.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

We charge a £10 booking fee to all reservations. This covers any admin and website running costs.

Can I cancel my holiday

You may cancel your holiday anytime up to 21 days before your arrival and receive a refund less the deposit. If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival no refund can be given except for the Security Deposit.

Do I need Park Passes?

Park Passes will be required to access the site facilities. These can be purchased from reception at a cost per caravan. Please enquire regarding prices on application. Passes are NOT included in the price and are bought seperately from the Park.

Are watersports included in the price?

No. The watersports on the park are charged by each company. i.e Wakeboarding, Jet Skiing, Aqua Park etc.
